Custom software automation, internal operational scripts, and API pipelines. Built strictly to customer functional specifications under bilateral confidentiality covenants and milestone sign-offs.
Browser-based interactive casual entertainment (Apex Velocity, My Mini Mart). Provided free of charge for recreation. Contains strictly zero real-money gambling, virtual coin betting, or deceptive pay-to-win microtransactions.
Advanced cryptographic simulations, quantum encryption proofs-of-concept, and experimental computing architectures. Provided strictly for educational demonstration and developer research with no commercial SLAs.
Intellectual Property & Sovereign Code Ownership
Unlike proprietary closed website builders that trap clients into endless monthly subscription lock-in, JJ Coders operates on the doctrine of true digital sovereignty. Upon complete and verified settlement of all agreed contract fees, full ownership of bespoke HTML, CSS, JavaScript, media styling, and bespoke application logic transfers unconditionally to the client.
Standard third-party libraries incorporated into client codebases (such as Tailwind CSS, Lucide Icons, or Lenis) remain licensed under their respective permissive open-source licenses (MIT or Apache 2.0).
Internal developer tooling, proprietary algorithms, workflow compilation scripts, and JJ Coders brand assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of JJ Coders Group.
Milestone Payments & 30-Day Technical Defect Warranty
To eliminate project ambiguities and ensure total fairness without financial loss for either party, all engineering engagements are executed according to strict milestone schedules:
As governed under our statutory Refund & Defect Warranty Policy, once development commences, engineering labor, custom code, and design time are non-refundable. The 30-day post-launch window is strictly a Technical Bug-Fix Warranty covering unintended layout anomalies, broken hyperlinks, or responsive regressions within the agreed project scope.
Initiating an unauthorized, fraudulent, or retaliatory payment gateway chargeback without completing the mandatory 30-day good-faith dispute protocol constitutes a material breach of contract. Such action results in immediate revocation of all source code usage licenses, suspension of hosted deployments, and full recovery of statutory legal defense costs.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international law, JJ Coders Group of Companies, its founders, engineers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of commercial revenue, lost profits, data corruption, or business interruption.
In any circumstance, our maximum aggregate monetary liability shall never exceed the total fees actually received by JJ Coders from the client in the three (3) months preceding the formal claim.
JJ Coders bears zero liability for downtime, edge server latency, or DNS delays originating from external providers (Cloudflare, GitHub Pages, Google Cloud, AWS, or domain registrars).
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this contract shall be submitted to the exclusive statutory jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located within the State of Kerala, India.
Prior to initiating any formal legal suit or arbitration proceeding, both parties covenant to participate in thirty (30) consecutive calendar days of good-faith written negotiation by serving notice to our legal operations desk at contact@jjcoders.com.
