Statutory Clarity: The 30-Day Window is a Technical Bug-Fix Warranty, Not a Cash Refund
Because bespoke website design, custom software code, database architecture, and deployment labor are irreversible digital engineering services consumed immediately upon performance, cash refunds are strictly not available once coding begins or work has been delivered. Instead, clients are fully safeguarded by our comprehensive 30-Day Technical Defect Warranty, under which verified bugs, rendering errors, or broken integration endpoints within project scope are rectified at zero additional charge.
Project Cancellation & Delivery Matrix
How client investments and engineering labor are balanced fairly across project delivery stages:
If you book a package (e.g., JJ Build ₹9,999 founding launch) and submit written cancellation within 24 hours of payment prior to our team commencing discovery, wireframing, or copywriting sprints, you are eligible for a refund minus a standard 15% administrative and payment gateway processing fee.
Once custom wireframes, copy structures, or initial visual designs are produced, dedicated engineering hours have been expended. If cancelled before frontend code development begins, a maximum 50% refund is available. The remaining 50% compensates creative labor, and all draft assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of JJ Coders.
Once functional HTML/CSS/JS or backend code is written and staging access is delivered, cash refunds are strictly non-refundable. At this stage, our team works iteratively through your feedback revisions to ensure the deliverable satisfies the agreed project specification.
Once deployed live to your custom domain or Cloudflare host, the service is fulfilled. Full code ownership transfers to the client, and the 30-day technical warranty activates automatically.

For 30 calendar days following your official live launch date, JJ Coders provides complimentary technical resolution for:
Code Bug Resolution
Fixes for broken layout elements, script console errors, or rendering discrepancies across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Mobile Responsiveness
Adjustments to ensure seamless fluid scaling, navigation pills, and touch ergonomics on iOS and Android smartphones.
Integration Maintenance
Verification of contact triggers, WhatsApp click-to-chat links, and Google Maps embed endpoints included in your scope.
Third-Party Outlays & Anti-Chargeback Protection
Costs for domain name registrations (.com, .in), paid font licenses, or external hosting providers are paid to third-party registrars immediately. These fees are 100% strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once purchased.
Clients agree that initiating an unverified chargeback with a bank or payment processor without prior written escalation to contact@jjcoders.com constitutes material breach. In such cases, hosting is immediately suspended, code licenses revoked, and legal recovery pursued under Kerala, India jurisdiction.
